These Ikat coats are made of leftover materials in the Saheliwomen Studio. We love to work with leftover or deadstock materials because we believe that nothing is waste, unless you miss creativity to transform it. Through creative reuse we surrender to transformative processes, also know as Upcycling, that add artistic and environmental value to the artworks. The coats are an homage to the creativity of our Mother Earth, inspiring and teaching women since ever.
